Tammy was born in San Diego, California and is admitted to the practice of law in Arizona.    Tammy's Healthcare expertise includes the Health Care Quality Improvement Act (HCQIA) and Arizona law governing credentialing and peer review of hospital medical staff members.  She represents hospital medical staffs and individual physicians and other medical providers in credentialing and peer review matters, including Fair Hearings and Appeals.
